  • Yoga - traditional relaxing yoga taught for all abilities.
  • PowerBar - exciting body shaping class using weight bars to develop muscle tone and endurance. This class is low impact, requires no co-ordination and is great fun.
  • Spinning - 45 minutes of exhilarating speed on our cycling studio led by a dynamic fitness instructor.
  • HiLo - a traditional aerobic class for fitness and shaping using a combination of high and low impact exercises.
  • Step - a powerful fitness class to increase your fitness and lower-body strength. An athletic class that really works to shape the bum & thighs.
  • Fitball - a unique fun class to increase core stability and posture and gives those abs a great workout.
  • Pilates - series of exercises that focus on stabilising and lengthening your muscles and improving the posture and body alignment.
  • Latin Burn- an exciting new fitness class incorporating the moves of Zumba plus extra Latin to make a high intensity, fun, fat burning workout.
  • Shape - Use light hand weights and cardio moves to reshape your body.
  • Circuit Box - Combine boxing techniques with cardio in a circuit format.
  • Total Body Blitz - A combo of styles to really increase your metabolism and tone muscles.
  • Seniors Classes - created with the over 50's in mind, a combo of styles to suit the specific needs of our Seniors.
