- Yoga - traditional relaxing yoga taught for all abilities.
- PowerBar - exciting body shaping class using weight bars to develop muscle tone and endurance. This class is low impact, requires no co-ordination and is great fun.
- TaeBo - a class using kickboxing moves to develop upper body endurance and a total body fitness workout.
- Spinning - 30 minutes of exhilarating speed on our cycling studio led by a dynamic fitness instructor.
- HiLo - a traditional aerobic class for fitness and shaping using a combination of high and low impact exercises.
- Step - a powerful fitness class to increase your fitness and lower-body strength. An athletic class that really works to shape the bum & thighs.
- Fitball - a unique fun class to increase core stability and posture and gives those abs a great workout.
- Pilates - series of exercises that focus on stabilising and lengthening your muscles and improving the posture and body alignment.
- X-Train - an exciting new fitness class incorporating the best of all the other classes to make a high intensity, low co-ordination, fun, fat burning workout!
